We are an Australian based building and construction estimation & QS firm looking to outsourced our estimation and QS requirements.
Looking for a long term relationship with a organization that can interpret Australian QS data to produce timely trade estimates, bill of quantities and other estimates formats. We will provide regular a sets of tender docs and drawings , you will provide quotes to undertake the process of producing locality specific bill of quantities.

For long term associations, monthly billing is the best option as in per/project billing, sometimes the amount might get huge so, its in the best interest of the client (you in this case) to go for a monthly billing model.
