We have been providing bid estimation services for residential projects for some time now & have started off with the commercial plans recently. Pricing: we bill them monthly per individual ($1650/month). For long term associations, monthly billing is the best option as in per/project billing, sometimes the amount might get huge so, its in the best interest of the client (you in this case) to go for a monthly billing model. However, if you have less work then you can surely opt for the per/project model. The pricing mentioned above is for one individual/month, however, if you go for multiple resources then we do offer % discounts on the total invoice.
