Please note that as an independent Net Branch you will be responsible for generating your own deals. We are looking for experienced call centers to contact potential clients and educate them on our Debt Settlement Services. Your call center will be responsible for closing the sale of the potential client. WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN LIVE LEAD TRANSFERS!
This includes: initiating contact of client, explaining the program to client and getting the client enrolled in the program. Once client has signed the agreement (this can be done over the internet via E signature, or client can be mailed a hard copy of the agreement to sign and mail back) our company will take over contact with the client.
*** In order for a client to be accepted into the program they will need to complete a Compliance call with our office after they have signed the retainer agreement for our services. The call will verify the client has agreed to the program and the fees of the program.
After compliance call is completed with the client we will take over servicing the account.

Fees are on a commission only basis. Fees are earned upon a successful lead conversion, resulting in a signed contract and payments for services. Fees are payable once weekly as clients payments are cleared through banking account. We are looking for call centers experienced in debt settlement only, so you should be familiar that this is a residual income. Service fee for client is collected over ½ the term of the program. For example it takes approximately 12 months to collect the service fee for client on a 24 month program. As long as the client remains in the program you will continue to collect your percentage of the service fee until the fee is paid in full! Retention rates are approximately 84%.
Fees payable to call center will be 60% of the service fee collected from client. Service fee is 15% of the total debt amount. For example the average debt amount per client is $30,000. Service fee charged to client would be (15%) = $4,500. Commission paid to call center is (60%) $2,700.
If you have 10 agents that close 10 sales per month = $3,000,000 total debt amount.
That is $270,000 per month in commissions.
