PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Acroseas Consulting, a medical transcription company based out of Mumbai, India is looking for American Sales and marketing professionals to do business development in the healthcare space.
We are a HIPAA compliant medical transcription and clinical documentation services company based in India.
We are looking to partner with an aggressive, goal oriented sales organisation that can help build a mutually beneficial relationship. We require a team of marketing and sales professionals to do business development and marketing for us in America. The target audience will be large hospitals as well as independent clinics.
This team of marketers will not be employed by Acroseas Consultancy, but will work as our agents on commission basis.
The responsibilities of the sales team will include:
* Prospecting in the market for suitable hospitals, clinics etc. We will share our leads with the sales team, and the team also needs to prospect through their network, online as well as offline sources.
* Identify decision makers within these prospective organisations and prepare a comprehensive call list.
* A proper sales plan needs to be in place, with scripts for telephone conversations and emails.
* The initial push will be to drive traffic to our website, where we offer a free sample for our prospects to test out.
* Closing sales, finalizing the terms and conditions
* Following up for feedback and referrals.
* Troubleshooting.
* Reporting. The sales team needs to provide a detailed and daily report to the Indian HQ. Details of what calls/meetings took place and what transpired during those meetings.
* Maintaining a comprehensive CRM system that will be shared with the HQ on a daily basis (Ideally in a Google Doc format)
Comprehensive support and briefing will be provided to the sales team. The Acroseas Corporate team will be always extend the maximum possible support to the sales force on the ground to ensure smooth business dealing. Stationery, visiting cards, email addresses etc will also be arranged.
Ideally the sales force would work on a pure commission basis. No fixed payment.
