WCSI, an IT support company, is seeking a person for the role of Remote Help Desk / System Engineer for immediate hire.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Remote Help Desk / System Engineer we are looking for should have the ability to work and solve problems in a team environment for a growing small business. The position will require a broad combination of desktop systems, server, networking and security skills. This position will involve substantial desktop support and user support components and will require excellent customer service and communication skills.
COMMENTS: Hi, This is Thomas here. We are a small sized outsourcing company offering our services to clients across US, UK, Ausralia, France & Canada. We can surely provide you with a Remote Help Desk/System Engineer with good communication skills & fluency in English. I understand that this is a full-time requirement (8hrs/day). 40hrs/week = 5 days/week = 22days/month. Our price for such a resource is $9/hr which comes to $1,584/month (8hr/day x 22days x $9). In future if you plan to engage multiple individuals, we would be happy to give you additional discounts on our pricing/hour. We don't mind you verifying all the credentials of the individual who would be working for you.
