PROJECT DESCRIPTION

US ONLINE EDUCATION LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGN
Service to be provided: To conduct lead generation activity with US customers (aspiring students) and generate approved hot transfer viable leads for university/ies.
Nature of Campaign : Outbound Telemarketing
Calling Window : 1930 hrs IST – 0730 hrs IST
Sale Definition : An approved hot transfer lead means a
telephonic transfer of a viable lead (refer agreement)
to advisor transferred at the same time to a school.
An approved SMP/web transfer means a telephonic
transfer of a viable lead (refer agreement) to advisor
matched electronically to a school.
Besides, call must have been conducted in adherence to norms given.
Recordings must be kept for 3 months
Pay Out : As per annexure
Payment Schedule : Billing Cycle – 15 days
Payment Cycle – 30 days

Annexure – Criteria
Billable Leads:
1. Viable Lead (A Student who agrees to be transferred via conference call) is successfully telephonically transferred to a pre-arranged phone number or to a school.
2. Viable Lead is asked by the call center during a call, the questions on script as per the agreement and such lead answers the questions as designated in the script.
3. Approved viable lead remains on the phone during the warm transfer and speaks with the advisor.
4. Approved viable lead is matched to a school electronically or hot transferred to a school.
Reject Leads: Client will have right to reject the leads on the following grounds:
1. Lead disagrees to be on the phone while transfer
2. Lead fails to qualify as per the questions asked in the script
3. Incomplete/incorrect contact details (including name, address and phone number)
4. Duplicate records
5. Calls on DNC data
6. Data conducted in such a manner as to cause complaint (i.e. intimidating prospect)
7. Recording not available
8. Call center transfers to any company or person who is a competitor of BPO Muntra/Sanshi
9. Call center dials to MO, ND, AK or HI

Per Hot Transfer Approved Lead: $30.00
Per SMP/Web Transfer: $15.00
