PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Looking for End User Tech Helpdesk and Support - Voice, Email and Chat. This is for 10 FTEs supporting Windows O/S devices i.e. notebook and desktop computers, handheld devices and printers/accessories.
Process will run 24/7/365 with no more than 2 persons per shift. Approx 1000 calls and 750 email a month. I am looking for companies that are currently providing this kind of support. Please provide a) short company background with financial, management and center information and b) rate per FTE and/or rate per ticket resolved.

Shortlisted companies will receive a detailed RFP document by July 1st 2009.
