PROJECT DESCRIPTION The clients company is based in Florida and our client is one of the top 3 holiday resorts in the US looking for partnering with experienced call centers to carry out the telemarketing activity. At the moment the client is achieving 2000 package sales per month through door to door marketing. Now the client wants to increase the package sale to 5000 / month through telemarketing and would like to partner with call centers having prior and current experience in selling travel club packages. Please find below the package details: The package cost is $149, for this package the customer receives 4 Days & 3 Nights stay at a 5 star resort. In addition to this the customer receives a $99 refund check once he checks in at the resort and $50 worth Dining certificate which can be used at any of the Top restaurants in the US. In this way the customer does not pay anything and he gets back what he has paid. This is a promotional campaign that is being run by the resort to get more customer references. Program Features: Payments: Weekly wire Transfer (Every Friday) Min Agents reqd: 20 Agents Training provided to the call center via phone or the trainer can travel down to the clients office for training. Once the customer makes the payment for the package the customer receives a confirmation kit at his physical address which contains his confirmation letter, resort information and check in dates with other flyers. All the accommodations provided to the customers are 5 star resorts and are in class with resorts like Marriot, Hilton and other big five star resorts.
