PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting new wireless outbound campaign covering the four major cellular networks in US - Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T
Here are a few details of the campaign -
* The minimum number of agents required to start on the campaign is 25 to 50, no small centers are permitted
* We are looking at centers with prior experience in US & UK wireless campaigns
* The signup is direct with the US client
* You can call the entire US market
* Center is responsible for calling data
* Payment is 30 days of sale for most unless client is slow paying
* We will provide basic training including order entry training and other support
* The historic SPD is any where from 1 to 2.5 per day
* Centers need to target 500 sales per month
USP – Multiple service providers (Top Telcos of US) offer a lot of options for customers resulting in high sales numbers
It is a long-term campaign for call centers that are looking to associate themselves with some the biggest wireless brands in the world!
