PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are a company incorporated in Florida, US and Melbourne, Australia.

Program Details:
Min Seats Required: 25
Payout: Upto $200/ Activation
Payment Mode: Direct Bank wire transfer
Leads: * DNC compliant leads provided – Leads will be provided at cost or center may purchase from a Certified Lead Vendor.
Training - Initial training to be provided via phone.
Target Market - Following US States (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming)
Funding: We will provide a bank guarantee, if we feel that your center is right for the job.
Process Details:
We are looking for outbound call centres to call on Qwest® a leading provider of Phone, Broadband and TV Services. You can get more information about the company at www.qwest.com
All the Sales are entered into our CRM system to be processed by our backend processing department located at Florida.
Prompt and guaranteed payments, international presence with domestic support are some of the benefits we bring to the table. The company who can deliver results will be a long term partner.
We are looking at the Call Center to sell the following services of QWEST:
- Internet Services
- Phone Lines Services
- TV Services
- Bundled Package Services
We expect the following from our Call Center Partners:
- Reach to a stage where each agent is able to generate at least 8 SPD (Sales per Day).
- No sacrifice on the quality of the call.
- All calls should be recorded with back up facility and saved in our CRM system.
This is a very easy project if you have a team with previous experience in selling Internet, Landline's and TV Services. This could be a very long term project for the right center and we wish to work with quality centers that practice best business in the Industry.
