PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a portal that will sell two products - Web packages (template customisation) and SEO packages. The website will have a Shopping Cart so that customers can purchase these packages online. Portal requires both front-end and back-end functionality.
Front end will have customer choosing a product and purchasing it online by using their credit card. Back-end will have database management of website and sales tracking.
Front-End will have purchase of products as detailed below :
Web products purchase :
1. Customer browses packages available on our website and selects his package
2. He pays for it using his credit card
3. After payment acceptance, an order number is generated.
4. He is taken to the gallery to choose his template from the various categories available.
5. After choosing package, he will be taken to a Questionnnaire section where he will provide information on what he requires in his website
SEO products purchase :
1. Customer browses packages available on our website and selects his package
2. He pays for it using his credit card
3. After payment acceptance, an order number is generated.
4. After choosing package, he will be taken to a Questionnnaire section where he will provide information that will help in doing SEO for his website
Backend process :
1. Products details can be added/modified when required.
2. We can review the orders placed on the website and alllocate them to our pre-defined reps.
3. Reports that can give status of Open and Closed orders, report fields will include - Order Date, Start Date, Rep ID, Scheduled Completion Date, Actual Completion Date and Status (Open/Closed)
4. Reps will login with their ID, they can only view their allocated orders and indicate completion when finished.
5. Telephone Sales Reps will also be able to login, enter their sales, and view Pending/Approved/Declined Sales.
