This is a brand-new site. I need full design done with heavy graphics designed with bright colours, In terms of style, I want a very upmarket crisp look that will appeal to all the advertisers who are typically buying / selling, It needs to be very simple and easy to use, I also require a rotating banner for paid advertising 2 large ones on top and sides and also to be easily searchable by major search engines, if you should have experience designing classified ads websites. Experience with search engine optimisation is an added plus, I need to have this up and running ASAP.
