PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking to engage experienced call centers with past experience in Appointment Setting.
We are looking for call centers having very good experience working on Timeshare’s.
Process Details:
We’re looking for call centers to place outbound calls & set appointments with customer’s to attend a 90 minute timeshare presentation. Recall the attendee 24 hours prior to the appointment to confirm. Enter data into the clients system to set Qualified Appointments on our Timeshare Program.
The ideal agents need to speak good English; and have enthusiastic and credible voices. Your team will be calling United States leads. The people you call will have to go to the claim center and sit through a ninety minute presentation before they are issued their prize. You will need a toll-free number so that people have a way to call you back when you leave a voice message on their answering machine.
Qualified appointments, as stated in agreement, are defined as someone who attends a presentation meets all of the qualifications and our company has been paid for that appointment.
Payouts: $180/ Qualified Appointment. The payouts will be wired out to your Bank account on the scheduled date.
Start Date: ASAP
Agents: 20+ in the pilot phase.

* DNC compliant leads provided - at cost or center may use their own.
Training-
Initial training via phone to include review of the client's system and policies as well as the specific application process
These conditions will apply - please do NOT bid if you do not agree with any of these, I'm not open to bending on these!!
1. The payouts will be paid only after the customer attends the 90 minute presentation & payment from the client.
2. If you are able to deliver results then Incorp Solutions is open to weekly payments or your payments will be Bi-Monthly.
3. No sacrifice on the quality of the call.
4. All calls should be recorded with back up facility and uploaded onto our share point EOD.
The company who can deliver results will be a long term partner. We have other product lines where we would be looking for similar services within the next 15 days for which details will be provided based on your performance.
