DATA ENTRY PROJECT PROJECT INFORMATION
PROJECT DESCRIPTION Infrastructure Details: High speed internet connection with bidirectional speed of at least 2-3 Mbps. This is a MUST and a dial up connection will not work. This means that the connection must be a DSL or T1 line speed. Multiple e-mail accounts to send and receive e-mail via POP3 accounts Phone access to call the USA Either instant messenger or web conferencing capabilities As far as the employees go, we will need English speaking people. Pharmacy background is preferable but not required. We will train. Higher education is a must and must have at least a Master's degree and be reasonably intelligent and self motivated. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve is also a must. The position(s) will require someone working at night (usually 8-9 PM IST to 8-9 AM IST) to take into account the approximately 12 hour time difference with California. As far as the nature of the work is concerned, primary responsibilities will be data entry, back ground office work, accounting and billing. There will be NO customer interface at this point. Most of the work will be accomplished by logging onto our servers via a secure, encrypted VPN (very private network) connection and performing assigned tasks.
