PROJECT DESCRIPTION To develop an Optical Character Recognition COM object that will recognize images (See attached file) with font and layout retention. No GUI required. Main criteria – performance and accuracy (87% minimum). Input image format – BMP 24bit per pixel. Can be implemented in any object oriented language. (Although, managed/unmanaged C/C++ (under VS.NET 2003) or Delphi are preferred). For more details please contact the buyer. Deliverables include the source code, design documentation and compiled prototype.
