PROJECT DESCRIPTION A Japanese newly formed venture is looking for outsource web designers (no matter sole proprietorship or corporate) who is willing to customize ready made template fit into Ez publish and/or Xaraya. No contents upload, just the template customization. We are hoping for someone who could help us out with the price of $50 - $80, but the maximum to $100. Developers must be able to handle HTML, FLASH, and PSD files. However, it would also be if I could some advise from the professionals regarding to template customization. Holders of CMM leves and/or ISO is better.
