PROJECT DESCRIPTION Dear Sir, We have bagged a Genuine Data Conversion project to be started immediately. We are only looking at serious, professional and experienced vendors to outsource the same to as timely deliveries and Quality are to be strictly adhered to. The TAT is strictly 22 days and further delays for any reason whatsoever is not permissible. There is no upfront to this project, However we are charging Rs 1000/- per seat as our Facilitation and expenses, out of which Rs 500/- is payable on NDA and Rs 500/- from the first monthly billing. No upfronts have to be paid to the Principal Company and in such a case no billing securities are provided. However in case any service vendor wants to opt for fully funded Letter Of Credit then the LC Processing and Bank charges plus expenses have to be borne by them. Rate payable per 1000 keystrokes is Rs 16/- and minimum booking slot is 50 systems. Invoices have to be raised on the last day after uploading the data and will be paid within 20 days from acceptance of the same. Signups start immediately and hence seats are allotted on first come first served basis. However we once again wish to reiterate that only experienced professional Service Providers are invited with the ability to ramp up their facilities over a period of time.All documentation and formats pertaining to the project will be produced at the time of signing of NDA.
