IT TRAINING PROJECT PROJECT INFORMATION
PROJECT DESCRIPTION I have started a company to offer affordable Information Technology (I.T.) training in condensed, no-nonsense (usually one-day) classes on the weekend. The classes will cover such topics as these: Introduction to Unix Advanced Unix Commands Unix Shell Programming HTML SQL PHP/MySQL Javascript Java J2EE Perl/CGI Programming Introduction to Programming Web Programming Overview of Web Technologies Software Project Management Software Testing C Language C++ Language Effective C++ Programming Some of the topics could be offered in two classes instead of one. Example: C++ Level 1 and C++ Level II I am looking for someone to develop a student guide and instructor guide for each topic. I will be able to offer much more detail about the content, style, and layout of each student and instructor guide to interested persons. Anything produced will be completely my property. I will have the exclusive right to change the guides or resell them. The instructor guide will be identical to the student guide, but will have comments that do not appear in the student guide. It is very important that the person producing such a guide understand the subject matter and be able to condense the most essential information into about 60 five-minute chunks of information. Not only must the person be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), but this person must also have a very good command of the English language and be capaple of using Microsoft Word effectively. My estimated budget is approximately $150 for each combination instructor guide and student guide. The price will be somewhat negotiable after I see the quality of work performed.
