DESCRIPTION
BPO transaction activities and processing management services:
* Comprehensive sourcing procurement of contract manufacturers of food and non-food goods, IT service vendors in the Baltics and Ukraine
* Evaluation of candidate service vendors' technologies, skills, expertise, services and collateral strengths and weaknesses for best fit with the customer's needs
* Customer’s Assistance in site and candidate vendors’ companies visits
* Customer’s Assistance in negotiations on outsourcing infrastructure price, service level, quality and other contract terms
* Annual benchmarking
* Customer’s Assistance in providing updated information on tax regime, legal issues, general investment climate and contacts with local authorities and business associations
* Customer’s Assistance in mergers, acquisition, joint ventures and investments
* Representation of Customer’s trade, marketing and legal interest in above mentioned countries

SKILLS
Geographical coverage:
Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine

BPO coverage:
1. Manufacturing (food/non-food), packing, assembling, procurement and management of materials and other resources, designing and prototyping, logistic
2. IT infrastructure and software development

Skills:
Over 10 years experience in international FMCG, 3 years experience in acquisitions and investments

TERMS
Unlike Import-Export companies, we are charging our customers once, regardless of further number of orders or contract validity term between customer and vendor. Outsourcing Direct is paid 10% of an annual savings the Customer realizes or pricing is fixed 10% price per submitted project.
Payment terms: 30% a/p, 40% on approved pilot, 30% completed project. Incidental expenses (like travel with customer, accommodation and others) are covered each month.
