We provide business owners the freedom to concerntrate on growing the business by removing the admistration and cash flow management with our outsourcing facilities. The concept was developed to provide business with an alternative to factoring their debtors ledger or hiring additional staff to handle time consuming adminstration tasks. Today's business environment is competitive and organistations are under constant pressure to perform and produce results. Postive cash management is about assisting you with freeeing up some of these demands, with over 30 years experience and expertise in several types of businessess we provide you with the cash flow and bottom line figure you have dreamed about.

SKILLS
Heather Spring is the director of positive cash management and has been in the credit industry for a number of years. With a commercial agents license, diploma in credit management, justice of the peace, certified credit executive, certified trainer of credit and finance management and is a qualified personal coach. Her expertises are in the following industries: legal and finance, building, food, fuel, security / IT, newspaper and labour hire.

John Spring is the financial executive of positive cash managment and has been involved in accounting in excess of 30 years. John has a diploma in business administration and has been a certified practising accountant since 1984. His experience is in the following industries:
building and transport, agriculture, packaging, IT, printing and food. With strong analytical skills John is able to assist business with managament reporting, which enables business owners to focus on other areas of growth and development.

TERMS
Pricing, as every business has different requirements therefore costs are structured accordingly.

Flat Fee Structure:
Normally the flat fee is a one time charge and is negitable at the time of appointment.

Hourly Rate:
This rate includes travel time and is exclusive of GST.

Fixed Fee:
This a $ value and will depend on the holistic approach to the business needs.

All of our pricing are fixed for a 12 month period and our terms of payment are strictly 14 days.
