Project Development Portfolio (Offshore & Onshore):

Visa Connection System
The Visa-connection is a web based application. This application is being developed in ASP.NET with SQL server as the backend. The company Visa Connection provides visa processing service. The company has four offices in Canada: Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa and Toronto; two offices in the USA: Seattle and Houston. Headquarter is located in Vancouver. The purpose of the application is to provide the visa services and visa processing to various clients.

Corporate Management Information System
The HO Management Information System (MIS) system consolidates data from 10 modules of Power Plant Management System(PPMS) and this data is being generated daily by almost 3000 users of PPMS system across 10 power stations of Maharashtra State Electricity Board. It is a web based solution.

Energy Billing System
This application is a web based application and keeps track of energy generated by APGENCO and sent out to APTRANSCO. The application is developed in ASP.Net in Visual Studio 2005. The application is being used by more than 30 power stations of APGENCO and has the user base of approximately 315 users across various power stations. Thus using our Energy Billing System the total energy bill worth Rs. 325 Crores (Rs. Three Twenty Five Crores) was generated in the last month.

A .Net code generator which automatically generates GUI, data access layer for connecting to MS Access, SQL Server database. The code can be generated either in VB.Net, C# with output in Winforms, webforms OR PocketPC.

A software to generate Access Project (ADP) for SQL Server database using which,one can generate the Access project for SQL Server database with over 300 tables and 200 stored procedures within few minutes.

Form Designer
A tool to design GUI with facility to add and position various controls for the respective fields in selected database table. Client can directly develop the business applications with data entry forms without any programming knowledge. (The projects NO D and F generates code but this software directly generates a VB application to be used by end users).

A) Fixed Price & Time & Material
The emphasis is on time and money. You as a customer know how much it is going to cost and how soon are you going to get the deliverable. In this model you and Trust agree to a fixed price and timelines for a project at the beginning of a project. Trust is adept at delivering at high quality software in time and within budget.

Concept:
As the name suggests the customer will be charged based on the resources utilized and the time spent for the project.

C) Consulting Models
1) Onsite Consulting
Dedicated onsite resources needed by the client will be identified and assigned for the use of the client as per agreed terms. The resources will be placed at the location specified by the client.

2) Offsite Consulting
Dedicated offshore resources needed by the client will be identified and assigned for the use of the client as per agreed terms.
