DESCRIPTION
Components and systems is a software company located in Minsk, Belarus. Our company is active in custom software, database and information systems design, implementation, and maintenance.

We have a core team of specialists in information systems design and development since 1993. We have gained vast experience in process and system analysis and modeling, problem definition, overall system design and implementation, project management as well as in specific environments, programming languages and technologies: Unix (SCO especially), Informix, C, Informix SDK tools, Java, JSP, HTML, XML and allied technologies. We practice hiring of local specialists when it’s needed to increase our coding and QA output.

SKILLS
Since 1993 our team designed and deployed billing, reference, and technological information systems for several Belarus state telecommunication companies. We performed overall system design, hardware integration, database and software design and implementation; we assisted our customers with deployment and system launch. We perform current development and maintenance of our systems.
These systems were built using SCO Unix, Informix database, Apache web server, and Tomcat web-app container. Business-logic software was implemented using C, Java, Informix CSDK tools. Terminal-access user interface built using Informix forms and menus and own libraries. Web/intranet-access user interface designed using DHTML, Java Server Pages.

Later on we got experience in remote design and implementation during development of an e-commerce system for a US customer. It included web-shop and automated back-office for order processing, inventory tracking and purchasing. That system was built using Microsoft Windows Advanced Server, SQL Server, IIS, and Tomcat web-app container. Business-logic software was implemented using Java. User interface was built using DHTML and XML/XSL technologies.

Most of our systems work with real money in a real time. We devote a due time to maintain perfect quality of our design and development.
