Noyyal Expert Solutions Pvt Ltd is an ITES company based in Coimbatore, India, started by october 2006.

NES is a very special entity as people from a completely different domian i.e., life sciences venturing in to a field dominated by IT professionals. We did a brief market research before testing the current, we are confident that we can distinguish to a great extent from other BPO service providers for biotech & pharma clients, since we have that knowledge touch in life sciences.

Though we are from life science domain, we have a fairly good experience in BPO & IT works. At present we have 20 people employed in data entry processes.

Profile of our founding people:

Jeevabharathi., (Lead Admin & Marketing) Post graduate in Genomics, from MKU university. Was working as a Junior Scientist, in a US pharma company prior to joining NES.

Jayaprakash., (Chief technical architect & Domain expert) ME biotech from BITS, Pilani. Was working as a Chief domain expert in an Indian IT MNC proir to joining.

Mohammed Iqbal., (Lead Operations- Voice processes) Post graduate in Bio-informatics from Bharathiar University. Was working as a process lead in a UK based call center pror to joining.

Mallikarjunan., (Lead Operations- Non voice processes) Graduate in Biotech, was working as a team leader software testing (Pharma company related tools) in a chennai based IT company proir to joining.

Karthikganapathy., (Lead Marketing US) Postgraduate in biotech from University of Philadelphia, currently working as our lead marketing US.

Bharathirajan Pannerselvam., (Lead Marketing Australia) Postgraduate in biotech from University of Melbourne, currently working as our Lead marketing Australia.

Our infrastructure capability:

At present we have a capacity of 20 seater. Investment capital is no problem, we have the resources to expand the capacity upto 100 seater in a week(excluding process development, recruitment & training which obviously will take a month or so), once we get a confident client.

We have extremely experienced and confident people with good communication skills. Since we are products of reputed biology schools in India, we know where to find the best brains for pharma & biotech processes.
