As an IT Consultant, all your IT / EDP/ MIS needs, such as setting up IT function in an organization, providing support to the existing activities, suggesting improvements and implementing new concepts and applications based on the requirements from time to time, can be taken care.

1. Deciding & implementing Strategy & policy for your IT / Systems / EDP
2. If your software development team is in place then guiding your development staff on any technology for new developments in following areas
• Application Study / Analysis / Design
• Project Management
• Project Documentation
• Resolve technical queries during full development life cycle stages
3. Liaison with software / hardware / networking / communication vendors
4. ERP evaluation, selection, implementation, migration etc
5. Liaison with internal / external customers for various technical & functional issues
6. Liaison with senior management for policy decisions and commitments
7. Liaison with user management for requirements / expectations
8. Business Technology Optimization (BTO) Study and solution.
