We have so far total of 250 candidates working on our payroll at various Client's place in US out of which we have placed 50 consultants in 2005 itself. We have our own initial screening pattern for various skill sets based on which the candidates are forwarded for the client interview.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Our professional charges (payable within 30 days from date of invoice) for
Providing the services will be as follows :( plus taxes as applicable)

• SE - 8.33% of Annual CTC
• SSE - 10% of Annual CTC
• PSE & PL - 12.33% of Annual CTC
• PM & Above - 16% of Annual CTC
• PM & Above - Specific cases with very rare skills & experience - 20% of Annual CTC

2. In case the candidate, leaves your organization within three months of
Date of Joining, replacement can be provided but is not valid under the
following circumstances:


a.) If the candidate is terminated by the management.
b.) If the management fails to fulfill any commitment made in written to the
candidate at the time of his/her joining your company.
