A modern 40 seater telephone research facility, complete with automatic dialing (random or client list), supervisor monitoring, questionnaire design and tabulation software with statistics options, is now staffed and operating. Each CATI Center study begins with questionnaire pre-testing by supervised and trained interviewers.

CATI Center has experienced full time management and supervision utilizing trained survey research interviewers. The CATI facility is equipped with state-of-art questionnaire authoring, auto-dialing, data entry, edit processing, tabulation and analytical software systems.
