Our Services:

1. Consultation: For business development, business plan, marketing plan, business concept, retail management, channel strategy plan, pricing strategy, supply chain management, financial simulation (new / established concept), standard operational procedures (headquarter version and retail / franchise version), marketing package (brochure, presentation, Flash), and franchise / business partnership agreement.

2. Agency: We provide service for franchise brokerage, to help you finding the right master franchisee / single unit franchise with our proven assessment system.

3. Implementation: Additional supporting services for clients --> marketing research, location research, site evaluation, recruitment, training, workshop / seminars, marketing events (exhibition, investor gathering), legal assistance, setting up a new office (for international clients), pre-opening assistance (retail outlet).

TERMS
Our fee varies and determined by: lenght of the project, # of consultants involved, and difficulty of the projects.

1. Consultant Fee: min USD 20,000 up to USD 60,000.
2. Agency Fee: based on success fee --> 20% of franchise fee.
3. Implementation Fee: varied from modules.
