With specific applications it is possible to create archives on the internet, distributing book images to departments inside a corporate network and making books available to many students or researchers via private network or public internet.

Timbuktu Digital Archiving and Storage Service
Our digital archiving service will be used for those clients and customers who will like to backup their data at our proposed off-site hosted archiving center. Once paper documents have been being digitized in bi-tonal or in color, they are stored onto CDs or DVDs which may then serve as a backup medium for the original paper documents. We maintain scanning standards including the type of CDs used, the operator evaluation, and the scanning equipment evaluation, in order to achieve image quality expected from our customers.

Backup and Disaster Recovery Service
The storage facilities at Auto-Digistor includes the following features:
Fireproof and environment with climate controlled storage vaults construction - all steel building plus ½ inch fibre glass insulation all around.
Temperature - temperature controlled and relative humidity.
Computerized stocking and indexing of files for easy retrieval of records.
