We are a member firm of US-based Horwath International, providing corporate set-up services, financial management and advisory services, assurance-related services, as well as tax advisory services. Our firm is composed of CPAs and lawyers, with service partners in the fields of HR Consulting, IT, and Quality Management.

Our business process outsourcing services include Accounting and Bookkeeping functions, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable-related functions, tax services, Grants-Related Services, etc.

SKILLS
Each partner in our firm has a specific field of expertise; thus, we are able to provide our clients a full range of services. We have a Tax Services Group, an Assurance Group, A Corporate Financial Advisory Services Group, a Quality Management Group, IT Services Group and HR Services Group. Each group has a different focus but mostly, our expertise is tapped for engagements in internal and statutory audits, financial management and comptrollership, executive search and staff recruitment, business process improvement, tax and legal services, routine accounting/bookkeeping functions, and website development and maintenance.

TERMS
Our prices are based on man-hours estimated per project, using agreed-upon rates at the outset of the project. Payment terms consist of an acceptance fee with the balance billed according to a percentage of completion method, again with percentage terms mutually agreed upon at the outset of the project. We are flexible in our billing terms and can adjust according to client's request.
