SKILLS
Our main areas of focus are as follows:

Management Reporting - we have successfully developed and implemented a number of Dashboard Reporting Systems. Typically these systems integrate data from a range of existing systems to provide a snapshot of current business performance across relevant business units and geographies. Typically used by Directors/Senior Management, these systems (graphical in nature)have proved to be extremely powerful in helping to control and monitor performance and to help management see 'beyond the numbers'.

Workflow Models - we specialise in building systems which support approval processes eg Capital Expenditure processes, pre-approval of professional services. These systems tend to be web-based, built on existing email systems providing automatic notification and approval processes and full reporting. Our existing deployments have proved to deliver significant practical benefits in terms of time and cost savings in addition to providing management with a strong degree of business control.

E-commerce - we have extensive experience of building sophisticated web-based applications that deliver the retail experience in a secure and accurate manner.

Survey Management - we have a strong track record of developing survey management and processing tools - covering all processes from initial fulfillment to data collation and processing.

In addition to the above, we have developed a range of products addressing a wide range of business needs particularly where disparate information needs to be collated, tracked and managed. For instance, Sales Tracking, Contact Management, CRM and Human Resource Management.

TERMS
Of course, final fees are dependent on the nature of the solution, in terms of technology and development path adopted. We always propose the most cost effective solution when recommending technical platforms and hosting solutions.

That being said, our base development charge is $40 hour for programming (US dollars). For instance a 150 hour development project will be approximately $6000 development time.

In addition, there may be hosting costs, dependent on the type of solution developed.
