We are an integrated financial and business consultancy with specialisation in three distinct consultancy divisions.

The Business Consulting Division
Provides internal audit, risk, crisis and business continuity management, governance & corporate social responsibility advisory services. We also provide an investor resource centre service to foreign companies intending to do business in Malaysia assisting with Company set up, work permit, MSC and other grant applications, your one stop centre for all your immigration issues.

The Integrated Marketing Division
Provides comprehensive, public relations, marketing, media management, brand protection and management, training and skills development in the stated areas. We also manage and advice clients with appropriate media response during a crisis or product recall scenario.

The Business Training Division
Provides custom built training programmes for companies that appreciate structured training as opposed to generic training modules. We provide training in all areas indicated in the above divisions as an extension of our value added service to our clients.

The Managing Partner is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and an alumnus of the Darden School of Business Administration, University of Virgina. He is also a memeber of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance, Transparency International, Business Ethics Institute Of Malaysia, and a host of other Business Chambers and Councils.

Our Division Heads are all highly qualified individuals in their areas of expertise with well over 20 years in their respective fields.

TERMS
Our rates for assignments are usually on a negotiated basis dependent entirely on the scope and complexity of the case. wher clients prefer a charge out rate, these are as follows:

Partners: US$150 per hour
Division Heads: US$100 per hour
Consultants: US$60 per hour
Associate Consultants: US30 per hour

Upon confirmation of appointment a 30% downpayment to mobilise resources is payable. Thereafter on a progress basis until completion and report handover.
