Voice2text Systems LLC is a US based full service provider of medical transcription solutions to companies throughout the globe.Our transcription facility is located in the Philippines offering our customers highly trained transcription professionals at the most competitive rates.

We assure our US client companies full HIPAA compliance.
We offer security and confidentiality to our entire base of international client companies and
can provide a typical turnaround of 12 – 24 hours for your transcription needs.

We are currently able to offer our transcription service to you at .05 - .08 cents per line.
We have a volume capacity of 30,000 to 35,000 lines a day, which capacity can increase to 70,000
lines per day within 3 months time.
We currently employ 40 MT professionals with 2 or more years of experience, 15 editors with
at least 4 years of experience and 6 QA specialists with at least 6 years of experience.

Voice2text is comprised of highly trained and experienced staff with medical and paramedical
degrees and years of business acumen. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with quality
service, guaranteed accuracy, on time delivery, and the highest level of confidentiality from our
fully enclosed system.
