DESCRIPTION
NEXXT Computers has commenced from year 1994 as a IT dealer in PC, SERVERs, networkings and now it's Rs. 50 crore company. We treat BPO as our key focus as the market in India is mushrooming and also at reasonable price, we can offer quality services with time sensitivity.

We had started this BPO related project in 2002 with 50 systems which was involved in converting PDF files into XML tagging. This involves in to a stepwise quality checking with key 1, key 2, than comp1 and comp2, edit and final. Pdf files were received from Chennai company by FTP server which was send by also thru FTP on 12 hours turnaround time. Log reports were sent by them after QC done at their end and we again do the correction within 24 hours.

For this we had 1 QC manager, 4 supervisors and 25 data entry operators and for both the projects we have achieved 99% accuracy.

Currently we are into JPEG–Doc format file conversion with 50 machines which was lately increased for this project. This project involves medical/hospital related data. Similar QC is undertaken followed by final windups which are then send by FTP server for submission.

Lastly we hope that basing on the above experiences we can definitely undertake any job successfully if provided with proper guidelines and confidence. We always put our priority on quality work whether in Computer Hardware services or in Data Conversion.

Image processing is also a key area of ours where we have the latest technology with us as we have tied us with leading companies like SPS Internatinal, Pearson - a global company where we use their expertise and quality jobs in documentation, image processing, etc.

TERMS
Prices can be negotiable and depends upon the kind of job. Of course we charge an advance amount which is again negotiable and balance after the job completion. Turnaround time also depends on nature of work which can be discussed on case to case basis.
