Akshata Engineers is an organization with specialization in document management services. Our services include digitization of documents and drawings of any size by scanning and indexing them, document retrieval solutions, data processing and IT support services.

Data Management Solutions: We have a proven track record in the content conversion business for clients all over the world. We customize data from varied paper-based sources, existing electronic files and library databases, into structured electronic forms for either electronic storage or web delivery. We also provide bulk document scanning/indexing, OCR and other data processing services.

Infrastructure:

We have a state of art infrastructure and facilities in an ultramodern office complex at Nirmal Lifestyles – a premium commercial cum shopping mall complex at Mulund, for executing the jobs of data & image processing.

Our corporate office of 425 sq. ft. area has a capacity of 12 computer systems connected through LAN with all necessary peripherals. We have 2 no. high speed scanners for scanning A4 size documents and 1 no. A0 size scanner for scanning A3 to A0 size documents.

We have a separate data processing unit in Andheri, Mumbai, having 50 seats capacity.

We have dedicated software and hardware engineers, data entry/scanning operators to execute our onsite and offsite activities. Digitization of drawings and documents is our specialization.
