DESCRIPTION
APT is specialized on customer tailored outsourcing solutions for small and medium transaction volumes. The APT service center in Bucharest with several hundred employees differentiates from other providers by its focus on non standardized, customer specific back office functions. A specially developed cooperation model makes it possible that the process can be transferred virtually unchanged and that APT can flexibly react on volume changes and modifications of the customer’s processes.
For every customer APT sets up a dedicated team. A suitable management team is selected – in general persons from APT’s management pool with experience in working with Western companies- and intensively trained on process issues at the customer’s site. In the meantime the specialists in Bucharest set up the required infrastructure for data processing and teleco0mmunications and recruit further employees. They will then be trained by the management team, frequently with the support of a specialist of the customer.
As soon as operations have been transferred to the APT service center, the customer spends only minimum time and resources for coordination and support. He provides a “Functional Manager” who is responsible for the professional aspects, and APT takes care of all other tasks from payroll and infrastructure aspects up to performance supervision and employee development. Customers thus have the opportunity to outsource also special, work-intensive back office functions with minimal expenses, without the need to modify the processes and build up extensive infrastructure, and to benefit from advantageous salary structures in a near shore country with proven excellent education standards.
