As soon as operations have been transferred to the APT service center, the customer spends only minimum time and resources for coordination and support. He provides a “Functional Manager” who is responsible for the professional aspects, and APT takes care of all other tasks from payroll and infrastructure aspects up to performance supervision and employee development.
