VJ trans is established on March 29th 2006 as a medical transcription production unit having head office in Hyderabad, India with an intention to serve clients with quality and quantity benchmark by incorporating improvements assessed through cross-functional sources. At VJ trans, we are dedicated to the complete satisfaction of our clients requirement of 100% quality. We provide three levels of quality control and employ the latest technologies to handle high volume production.

Currently, our home is equipped with the infrastructure and sufficient people to manage 2500 lines per day with planned immediate expansion to 5000 lines per day.

At VJ Trans, A. Sai Vijaya Lakshmi is CEO and Mr. Ranga Vara Prasad is COO who will be taking care of all administrative responsibilities of recruiting people and training them to reach the standards of the company and maintaining the standards. As a CEO, I will be the only point of contact. Mr. Praneeth Kumar is our network engineer who will be taking care of all the hardware needs of our workstations. Mr. B.Thanigachalam is QA and production manager who will be taking care of our production unit in terms of keeping our promise regarding quality.

Our MTs were trained by reputed institutes locally. We accept only graduates. Each person is well versed and fluent in documented as well as spoken English. All our MTs have a minimum experience of 2+ years in the field of transcription. Presently, we are grouped in with 10 MTs. All our MTs have a minimal accuracy level of 85%. VJ trans does not entertain MTs below the required level.

Our editors have vast experience in the field of medical transcription and backed with experience of 4-5 years each. They understand the need for quality and the importance of our turnaround time. Presently, we have 3 editors working with VJ Trans.

Servers: P IV, 80 GB hard disk drive, 2.8 Ghz original intel processor, 512 MB RAM.

Systems: 13 in number and all are P III with a standard 40 GB hard disk drive, 1.7 GHz Intel processor, 256 MB RAM.

We have the entire series of Stedman’s books to help us out. Also, we have the latest software like Merriam-Webster’s, Stedman’s, Quick Look Drug Book, Scribe Aid, and Winamp, Express-Scribe sound players, latest version of Norton Antivirus, and AVG Antivirus softwares.

We are backed up with dedicated broadband connection of 512 KBPS running 24X7 with a backup of dialup accounts from TATA Indicom and Reliance. For electric backup, we have digital inverters backing all our systems for a minimum of 4 hours.

VJ Trans hire people directly from the reputed local educational institutions into it's placement cum training program. Graduation is minimum requirement for the candidates to join VJ Trans training program.
