2) Comat is an Independent Solution Provider and accredited partner of IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, WYSE and other leading businesses. Comat works on Microsoft, Sun and Open Source technologies. Comat actively promotes Open Source, middleware and reusability.
3) Comat is an ISO 9001:2000 company working towards achieving CMM (I) certification by the end of this fiscal. On cards is also implementation of six-sigma projects. Comat is HIPAA certified for its Medical Transcription operations.
4) Comat has been deployment partner on large complex e-Governance projects to digitize land records in complex environments. The achievements won world-class distinction, including 2002 CAPAM Silver Medal and Stockholm Challenge Award for Innovation Finalist. The World Bank praised this in formal evaluation and selected it for its 2005 Summit as an example how to do e-governance right. Comat is extending this with innovative Rural Digital Services, reaching over 40 million users.
5) The Commonwealth invited a Government Ministerial partner we serve to submit an article for the prestigious 2005 Commonwealth Minister's Reference Book on how we are successfully bringing e-services to the people. Our partner insisted Comat be a named co-author. This is one of 35 by invitation-only articles in the primary communication tool to over 5,000 Commonwealth Ministers in 53 countries.
6) 2005 was a very special year for Comat when we were identified as one of the Top 100 private companies in Asia by Red Herring. We were chosen for our excellent business model and our ability to innovate new ideas.
7) The Indian Prime Minister's Office recently invited Comat to join a select workgroup advising on how IT can support creating employment. Comat has been invited to co-author the group's policy paper with the Executive Director of ICICI, India's second-largest bank (GBP 3.65 billion market capitalization). ICICI is an acknowledged world-leader in micro-finance emphasizing community building, social cohesion and skills development. Comat is active in this space.
8) Comat also competes and delivers to world-class standards in the private sector. Comat clients include among the world's most visible and demanding firms, such as Intel. Comat provides Quality Control for over four years on Intel's worldwide web-based training for manufacturing, over 100,000 webpages per year. Intel has stated that Comat contributions are critical to success and considers Comat a strategic partner.
9) In Healthcare, Comat supports Providers and Payers. Comat's track record includes supporting an innovative and leading Disease Management firm for better health and quality of life, supporting face-to-face interactions with patients, data collection, analysis services, customized preventive care planning to supplement physician care for optimal health management. Comat's partner was selected by the US Dept of Health and Human Services, CMS to design and manage the largest disease management demonstration to date. Our partner recently won the 2003-2004 Disease Management Association of America’s (DMAA) Recognizing Excellence Award for 'Best Disease Management Program: Medicare.'
