DESCRIPTION
Basically our company is an iron and steel company with the brand name ROSUN. We mainly deal in the manufacturing of CTD and TMT bars. We also have our own alloys unit separately.

In addition to the above we also possess a BPO operation company called XPERT, that deals mainly in the field of medical transcription.

XPERT was established in the year 2004 with the intention of providing exceptional service to off shore clients by leveraging on our strengths.

XPERT is the brainchild of Mr. R. Ragunathan the Executive Chairman and Mr.R. Varun the Chief Technical Officer who founded the company to provide integrated services to clients.

At XPERT we attempt to identify the possible outsourcing opportunity and present our capability as an integrated technology provider and cater to clients needs. We offer our service to the following processes such as transcription service, training service and software solutions.

SKILLS
Our main focus is medical transcription. We are also looking forward to widen our expertise in this field and also in establishing call center. We welcome new clients to elaborate our business functions.

XPERT has grown to a capacity of 13,000-15,000 lines per day keeping accuracy and TAT in pace with production in a very short period of time. Our transcription work goes through different levels of quality checking before it is delivered. We have consistently maintained 99% accuracy. Our production unit is backed up with our training unit, for a constant supply of efficient manpower. Our belief in maintaining accuracy and attention to every detail of transcription process has given industry wide great applause.
