We have setup 3 call centers uptil now and are currently working on 4 more that are due to be up by January, 2004. We have established links within India, UK and the US and have successfully outsourced programs to various centers within Pakistan.

We are now looking at starting the largest call center within Pakistan...based out of Islamabad.

SKILLS
Business Development

We provide telemarketing (outbound) contracts to companies that have a setup ready to make telesales calls. We are not into inbound business just as yet as it is extremely tough to secure. However, we are working on it and would be able to offer it soon.

Operations Management

We have an accumulated experience of working in call centers of over 7 years and are professionally sound enough to take on more projects of a similar nature. We are ready to assist in the stabilization of your current programs, or stabilizing in the programs that we outsourced to you.

Human Resource Development

Since our experience in the field is absolutely second-to-none, we are also very well aware of the industry standards. We are very particular about the people we hire for our centers, since their success is ultimately our success. If we are given raw personnel, we have the ability to polish them into well-groomed telemarketing experts. If you require such assistance, do let us know

TERMS
We charge US $2000 per month as a retainer fee for the entire term of the contract. Otherwise, we charge 10% revenues on the projects we outsource.
