We specialize in technical support for a variety of computer related products. We also have a telemarketing division that specializes in B2C sales.
Our current client list for tech support includes Hewlett-Packard, Dell, and Trimble Navigation. We have security clearances. Our current client list for telemarketing includes Direct TV and Dish Network.
SKILLS
We have a fully redundanct facility for internet, power, and phone access. The facility is also highly secure and gated. All of our equipment is less than 2 years old and our staff is highly skilled and well educated.
You can find cheaper support/sales outside the U.S. However, you will not find the quality of program that we provide any where else.
TERMS
