We are New Delhi (India) based 24 seats call center, which is providing telemarketing and customer care support to US and UK based clients mainly for wholesales dealing in Diabetic Supply, Pharma, Telecom, Finance, and Marketing Survey. We have three year of marketing experience.

Location: Niche Marker Callnet Pvt. Ltd Based at New Delhi India which is connected by all route of air, train and road by all national and international routes.

Technology: We are using latest technology based on VOIP and predictive dialers, using for both inbound and outbound support with conferencing facility.

Expertise and Experience: Our core expertise is mainly for outbound sales (Pharma, Telecom, Finance, and Marketing Survey) and inbound (Parma and Telecom).

Management team: Niche Marker Callnet Pvt. Ltd having management team which is having core expertise and experience of about 5-10 years from BPO (mainly from call center) HR, software development and management.

Manpower: We are having hardcore telemarketing and customer care executives, got training on US and UK accent by the professional trainers from MNC call centers, and we are providing hard core products training before entering on floor.

Our database and call management network allows us to build telemarketing script, store prospect information, place outbound calls and recall result of each call. Predictive dialing selects prospective clients list and directs only those calls answered by live voices to our TSR'S. Others are rescheduled for later call-backs.
