Global IT Systems was formerly known as ABN AMRO Global IT Systems (AAGITS) a wholly owned subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Netherlands. In 2002, ESP acquired 100% shares of AAGITS from ABN-AMRO Bank.


ESP Global IT Systems is a global software solution provider that builds, supports and services custom-built software applications. At ESP Global IT Systems, we also customise, migrate and interface existing software and software products, developed and tested in our development facilities based in Pakistan, according to the philosophy of a software factory concept.
