4.1 J2EE Application Servers
ANM has expertise in installing and configuring various J2EE application servers across different platforms. ANM excels in developing standards based J2EE applications under strict quality control guidelines. ANM personnel have skills working on J2SDK 1.4.0 including open source application server JBOSS 2.4.3 and proprietary application servers like BEA Web Logic version 7.0, IBM Websphere version 4 and 5, Oracle9i Application Server version 9.0.4 and iPlanet Application Server version 6.0. ANM also has the expertise of porting applications from one platform / language to another language across similar platforms.

3. Financial Aspects
ANM believes in being very transparent with the client to whom offshore development services are being provided. We charge on the basis of Time and Material for providing offshore and onsite services. Detailed records are kept including signed timesheets approved by project manager and billing is based on these records. Allocation details are also retrieved from the online resource control manger and reconciliation is done with timesheet data.
3.1. OFFSHORE SERVICES
ANM charges USD 20 / hour for providing offshore development. ANM has a working day of 8 hours and we are working from Monday to Friday. All employee vacations and leaves are excluded from the billing and no overtime beyond 8 hours is charged. For material expenses done specifically for the client a debit note is sent to client for reimbursement. These include telephone charges for project related communication, courier expenses, and other similar incidental expenses done by ANM on behalf of the client.
3.2. ONSITE SERVICES
ANM charges USD 20 / hour for providing onshore software development. In addition to software development charges client needs to pay for all travel and accommodation related expenses. A per diem of USD 60 per day needs to be paid to the onsite resource for food, onsite travel, and personal telecom expenses.
3.3. PAYMENT TERMS
ANM bills its clients on a monthly basis. At the end of every month a detailed invoice and debit notes with supporting documents are send across to client. The invoices are payable within two weeks of receipt.
ANM also asks the client to pay advance equivalent to estimate of one month of billing.
