The purpose of meeting customer requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements related to the product wherever applicable is communicated through letters/meetings to the personnel of the organization. The management has established quality policy, company quality objectives and functional objectives, which are measurable, and responsibilities for achieving quality objectives are given to respective team leaders. The management of Cleverage ensures the availability of resources to maintain the system and the effectiveness of system is reviewed periodically.
