TERMS
Invoicing schedule:
M0: 30% of project value
M1: 30% of project value
M3: 30% of project value
M4: 10% of project value
Approvals: Approvals from client are sought within 3 business days from a delivery. If the client does not provide feedback within that timeframe, Enventure may invoice the balance due amount and treat the project as completed.
Credit period: Net 10 days. A 1.5% monthly service charge will be payable on all overdue balances beyond this payment schedule.
Mode of payment: By wire transfer or check to Enventure Technologies Inc., at client's cost. All confirmed orders require a purchase order to be sent by fax or e-mail, addressed to Enventure Technologies Inc., Pease International Tradeport, One, New Hampshire Avenue, Suite #125, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
Limitation Of Liability: Notwithstanding anything else in this quotation or otherwise, neither Enventure nor any of its employees shall be liable under any contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory in connection with services/work product to be provided or performed in connection with this quotation for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data or use of data or interruption of business. In any event, Enventure's liability under this quotation shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the Client for any defective portion of the services/work product mentioned in this quotation. This document overwrites and supersedes any earlier document submitted for the services/work product.
