Nayra Technologies Pvt. Ltd is a full-service data processing company serving India and US markets. Nayra utilizes advanced technologies to convert large quantities of paper and image-based forms to electronic data usable in database and document management systems.

Nayra management team has over 30 years of IT experience in various technologies. This includes but not limited to product development, Java, Jsp, XML, data base design, data warehousing, data processing and ERP (Oracle applications, peoplesoft applications)

With an active work force of 50 operators in India and 100+ under subcontract, Nayra can process over 500,000 documents monthly. And, we are in the process of setting up a database for data entry operators across India and U.S.

Document Security
Client original source documents are NEVER distributed to data entry operators. All documents are first scanned using high-speed document scanners. Data is then either extracted using text recognition methodologies or is keyed from scanned image. When required, we utilize the services of a certified document destruction firm to dispose of client source documents, thus further insuring documents do not fall into the wrong hands.

Project Turnaround
For large, ongoing projects, we are able to structure our staffing and work flow to accommodate a variety of turnaround scenarios. Depending on your requirements, we can transmit completed work to you daily, three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), or weekly.
Typical turnaround times range from 24 hours to one-week; however, for projects involving highly time-sensitive documents we currently achieve an average turnaround time of 4 hours.
We welcome short duration one-time projects, but due to project set-up requirements, including programming, staffing and training (if necessary), turnaround times will be considerably longer.
