The company was started in the year 2005 to provide total solutions, starting from the basic concepts of design up to the final tool submission. SKILLS
One of the core strength of VMCS is in the area of low cost automation & SPM. Our expertise through their vast knowledge and experience are capable of building machines for both machining & non-machining application, there by helping our customer in reaching there target in time with minimum cost.
We have adopted standard procedure as defined in ISO 9001:2000, where in all the steps are documented at each and every change of the design. With the given input data we derive the “Preliminary Layout Sketch” backed with technical information like load carrying capacity, material strength, effect of external & internal forces, etc. Based on the approval of this sketch we proceed with “Final Layout Sketch” and “Detailed Drawing “ in order to start with manufacturing.
The company is using both 2D drafting package as well as 3D modelling package as per customer requirement.
2D Drafting: AutaCAD
3D Modelling: Solidworks
TERMS
We are charging on hourly basis and it is as below.
Rate: $10/Hour
Payment terms and conditions:
1. 100% payment after the work submission.
2. Local taxes as applicable. i.e.
Service tax: 12%
Educational cess: 2%
Business terms:
1. P.O. to be released before starting the work.
