DESCRIPTION
Mechanical Engineering:

We provide analysis, design calculations, preparation of enquiry specifications, technical bid evaluation, review of vendor drawings, preparation of fabrication drawings pertaining to static equipment used in refineries and chemical plants like pressure vessels, columns, reactors, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc. as per various codes and standards such as API, ASME, TEMA, DIN, BS, NFPA, AWWA and Indian standards

Service includes preparation of technical specifications, reports and tender estimates, structural analysis and design of steel structures. Preparation of design drawings using AutoCAD for steel structures along with supporting design calculations based on piping / mechanical drawings and other necessary inputs. Preparation and checking of fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, preliminary quantity estimates for procurement purposes from design drawings & preparation of detailed material lists (section wise) from detailed drawings for the following.
Pipe racks.
Pipe road cross bridges.
Shelters for compressors and pump place.
Process structures.
Designing and detailing of steel structures.
Preparation of detailed drawing from basic engineering.
Calculation of loads on structures.
Reparation of schematic drawings.
Sizing of members.

We normally charge based on scope of work defined. Our normal rates vary from $10.00 to $20.00 based on details to be provided. We also work on tonnage rate for steel works.
