DESCRIPTION
As a private software export company that has been very keen on making progress, Informedia has been bent on international software project development since its establishment. In 2004, Informedia was initially authorized by the Chinese government to be one of the “national trial companies to export software to European countries.” Our efforts have been recognized by Japanese clients so that Informedia has achieved great success in Japan. Informedia has raised company management standards according to the standard of ISO9001:2000 QUANTITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, GRADE CMM3 Software Development Mature Degree and [ISO17799] Information Safety Management System, so as to reach the international passing standard.

History of Informedia

.In November of 2004,the company obtained certification at the CMM3 level.
.In April of 2004, the company was designated as a trial company for “China software export to Europe and America” by the National Science Ministry.
.In January of 2002,the company obtained verification of ISO9001-2000 (a standard developed in the U.K.).
.In August of 2001, the company was approved as a Dalian Software Development Enterprise by the Dalian Scientific Committee.
.In April of 2001, the company was approved as a High & New Technical Enterprise by the Dalian Scientific Committee and High & New Technical Industrial Park.
.In July of 2000, the company was awarded a prize as the Dalian Excellent Invention Enterprise from the Dalian Invention Association.
.In January of 2000, the software department moved to Zhongshan District, Dalian. It became independent and was registered as a company.
.In April of 1993, the company had its origin as a software department inside a Sino-Japanese Joint Venture enterprise in the Dalian Development Zone

TERMS
“Junior Programmer”: less than 5 years of programming experience after graduation, at least bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
“Programmer”: 5 or more years of programming experience after graduation, at least bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent, advanced degree preferred.
“System Analyst”: over 10 years of IT experience, at least bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent, very good knowledge of industry domain.
“Project Manager”: over 10 years of IT experience, at least bachelor degree in Computer Science, practical and theoretical background in Project Management.

These rates are meant to give a good estimate of your typical billing rates and are not meant to be exact (there is an implicit 10% +/- built into them).

Note:
1. Major components of the rate are salary, mandated employee benefits, taxes, operating costs’ contribution and profit.
2. For both onshore and offshore rates do not factor in extraordinary costs such as travel, special equipment, special software, etc.; (note: offshore means at your site, on-shore means at the client site).
