TERMS
Agence prices its services depending on the scale and activities of your project.

We offer two contract models:

- Full product: the client buys the source-code for a fixed price and receives full support for three months that includes preventive and correctional measures.

- License-based: the client pays an amount for setup implementation plus a monthly fee and has support in accordance with the amount of months (minimum 2 months). The support includes preventive and correctional measures.

Payment terms for the full product model:
– Three equal parts distributed in the following form:
- 1st part: at the start of the development, after having signed the contract;
- 2nd part: 30 (thirty) days after the start of the development;
- 3rd part: 60 (sixty) days after the start of the development;

Guarantee – 90 days after the final acceptance of the offered service.

Turnaround times:
Depending on the scale and activities of your project, we generally deliver a project within 4 to 6 weeks for smaller projects. Upon delivery we always provide documentation for users and your IT staff as well as additional online/telephone support for the installation of your system or website.
